Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "she888," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the she888 online betting platform operated at https://she888.cam.
• "User," "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the she888 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you upon completing the registration process on she888.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your she888 account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses (subject to wagering requirements).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any sporting or gaming prediction placed by a User through the she888 platform using real money or bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit issued to a User's account under specific terms and conditions, separate from deposited real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required before a User may withdraw funds from their Account.

• "Prohibited Activities" means the actions listed in Clause 8 of these Terms.

Eligibility

2.1 To open an Account and use the she888 Services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. she888 strictly prohibits underage gambling in line with Indonesian consumer protection standards.
• You are a natural person accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of a third party or as part of a professional gambling syndicate.
• You are not subject to any court order, governmental restriction, or other legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement with she888.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of she888, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not already hold another active Account with she888. Only one Account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.

2.2 she888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account that does not meet these criteria, with immediate effect and without prior notice.

Account Registration

3.1 To access the she888 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and residential address.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. she888 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

3.3 You must notify she888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials are compromised.

3.4 she888 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, or providing false information.

3.5 Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, she888 may confiscate funds held therein, reverse transactions, and permanently ban the User from the platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 In accordance with internationally recognized Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, she888 requires all Users to verify their identity prior to processing any withdrawal request.

4.2 Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph. The document must be current and not expired.
• Selfie verification: A recent photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face. Both your face and the identity document must be clearly legible.
• Proof of address (where requested): A utility bill, official bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the past three months, confirming your residential address as provided during registration.

4.3 All documents must be submitted in high resolution, without cropping, alterations, or digital filters. she888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of a User's account lifecycle.

4.4 Standard verification is completed within 1–24 hours of document submission during normal business hours. Complex cases may require additional review and may take up to 5 business days.

4.5 she888 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. she888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time at the platform's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

5.3 Currency. All Account transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Funds deposited in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction; she888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours after KYC verification has been completed and the request has been approved by she888's finance team. she888 does not guarantee processing times during peak periods, banking maintenance windows, or Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. she888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be released to payment methods registered in the same name as the she888 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. she888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is available on request.

5.7 Returned Funds. If a deposit is returned to you by she888 for any reason (for example, due to a failed KYC check or bonus abuse detection), any associated winnings generated by those funds shall be voided.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 she888 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible Users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated herein by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand bonus terms before accepting any offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. she888 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using matched-betting strategies with bonus funds, placing low-risk bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other Users. If bonus abuse is detected, she888 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the Account, and recover any funds paid out as a result of such activity.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation. she888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Once a User has opted into a promotion and commenced wagering, she888 will honor the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the User is found to be in breach of the promotion rules.

6.5 Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and associated free spins will be removed from your Account after the stated expiry period without compensation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General. All bets placed through she888 are subject to the specific rules of the sport, game, or market in question. These rules are available within each game or market on the platform.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and User account tier. she888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any individual User at any time and without prior notice.

7.3 Errors and System Malfunctions. In the event of a software error, display error, or system malfunction that results in an erroneous odds or payout display, she888 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account. she888 is not liable for losses caused by system errors beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Lottery Games (Togel). Togel results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the relevant lottery pool operators (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). she888 displays results for informational purposes and has no influence over draw outcomes.

7.5 Void Bets. she888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error, priced incorrectly, or affected by an event (such as force majeure, match abandonment, or proven corruption) that materially changes the integrity of the result. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.

Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the she888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, reversal of any withdrawals already processed, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with she888.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over she888.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the she888 platform.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such activity must be reported to she888 immediately.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any she888 software.
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any rights therein to a third party.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with athletes, officials, or other parties to influence sporting outcomes on which bets are placed.

Responsible Gaming

9.1 she888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognize that for a minority of players, gambling can become harmful. The following tools are available to all registered Users through their Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account.
